What is the Systems Analyst, Digital Assets Operations Team responsible for?
We're seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in system monitoring, investigating, and troubleshooting alerts. Curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. Additionally, you'll contribute to the design and development of new features. Flexibility in scheduling for comprehensive time zone coverage is a must.
What is the Systems Analyst, Digital Assets Operations, responsible for?
Monitor production systems and respond to alerts in a timely and effective manner
Investigate and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and services
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve system reliability and visibility
Contribute to operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing
Participate in the development and rollout of new features and improvements
Rotate on-call coverage to ensure round-the-clock support
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Experience in systems analysis, operations support, or site reliability engineering
Proficiency with monitoring tools and log analysis
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred/Plus Skills and Experience:
Experience with Azure cloud services
Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot applications
Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis
Understanding of Okta for identity and access management
Comfort working with Kubernetes-managed environments
Exposure to public blockchain data query and interrogation tools or techniques
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
