Role: System Specialist, Senior - AVEVA E3D Admin.
Required Technical Skill Set: The person must be a BE/B.TECH in Mechanical/ Piping/Chemical Engineering
Experience & Expertise: AVEVA E3D administration
Desired Experience Range: 10-16 Years
Location of Requirement : Mumbai / Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
Must-Have
• 10+ years with at least 3 years in PDMS & MDS administration & 5+ year experience in E3D Administration.
• Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in PML 1 & PML 2 Languages.
• In-depth understanding of how the application software has been set up and integrated to support business needs.
• Work as an E3D Administrator for oil refinery projects, gas processing projects and chemical plant project.
• Proficiency in following administration activities is must.
• Set-up and maintain E3D project server.
• Set-up and maintain dabacon database for E3D.
• Set-up and maintain E3D AVEVA Global for database replication with Partner Companies.
• Set-up and maintain specifications and catalogues in E3D.
• Prepare and customize the Reports and Drawing Template for projects.
• Set-up and maintain E3D model system hierarchy and user permission.
• Set-up and maintain E3D data backups.
• Execute other data administration work.
• Set-up and maintain E3D and related CAD software on desktop.
• Create and maintain Model Review data for project.
• Instruct and coordinate designers and E3D operators.
• Coordinate and clarify with clients, vendors and other discipline engineers for E3D related issues from technical point of view.
• Advice and support for other E3D Administrators who are working on the same project.
• Develop E3D related customized program.
• Develop & configure project specific customizations & configurations using PML.
• Good experience of MDS Module and E3D Support module to build new support.
• Provide training for E3D Users & Administrators.
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal/Written), Customer interaction
Good-to-Have
• Understanding of integration requirement for integrating with AVEVA Tools.
• Understanding of other similar 3D applications like SP3D.
• Understanding of pr ogramming language like PML, C# .NET.
• Understanding of E3D programming concepts.
