• Microsoft M365 (Intune, Arc, Security)
• Microsoft Intune for Operating System Patching
• Microsoft Exchange server and Office 365
• Microsoft Azure & Azure AD

Role :

Expert

• Windows Server Implementation, Troubleshooting and Support on Azure Stack HCI
• Microsoft Exchange server and Office 365
• Managing Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Servers, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, Group Policies and Certificate Authority (Configuration, Troubleshooting and Support)
• Handling Intune & Arc tool for Patch Management and software deployment
• Generating compliance report through Intune and Vulnerability
• Managing Rubrik backup, restore and configuration

Good

• Incident and Service Requests, Major incident
• Problem management and Root Cause Analysis
• Change Management Process
• Handling Office 365 Services (Exchange Online, EOP, MS Teams, SharePoint Online)
• Vendor Management
