Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior System Administrator, based in Dehradun. The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to end-users, ensuring system security, and optimizing performance. The role also involves implementing and monitoring upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure systems remain robust and reliable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in System Administration and the ability to manage and configure servers and operating systems efficiently
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve system issues promptly
• Strong skills in Network Administration and maintaining network integrity, security, and performance
• In-depth knowledge of Information Technology concepts such as cybersecurity, protocols, and system optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is advantageous
