Senior Structural Engineer

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Structural Engineer. The role involves designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural drawings, calculations, and models to meet project specifications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project quality, oversee construction processes, and provide technical support. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with international codes and standards, troubleshooting design challenges, and mentoring junior engineers on the team.

• Expertise in structural design, analysis, and engineering principles
• Familiarity with structural modeling software and drafting tools
• Thorough knowledge of international codes, standards, and construction practices
• Experience in project management, team collaboration, and delivering quality-driven results
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proficiency in advanced structural systems and innovative engineering practices
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer certification is a plus
• Previous experience working with global projects and remote teams is advantageous
