Static stress Job description:

Experience in stress and Static focal point with stress assessment on fuselage sub-assembly (stiffened panel, Frames, longitudinal / circumferential junctions.
Knowledge of aircraft loads and Experienced in the static calculations of Airbus aircrafts (fuselage section).
Use of 0D, 1D, 2D & 3D topology and associated loads application
Application of general rules to ensure consistent results (mesh quality, refinement, mesh simplification, ) depending on stress analyses.
Have strong working knowledge of GFEM/DFEM update and FEM Validations.
Have strong working knowledge of Airframe structural Analysis.
Have strong working knowledge of Load extraction using AIRBUS In-house Tools.
Have strong working knowledge of Hand calculation and result interpretation.
Have strong working knowledge of Composite and Metallic materials.
Knowledge in Fatigue & damage tolerance assessment.
Good Knowledge in ISAMI Tool using composite and metallic material module.
A350 Airframe Sizing & certification experience added advantage.
