Role Designation: Strategy- Senior Business Analyst

Designation - AGM/DGM

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Pharma/ Life science

Qualification: (Degree) Graduate in Science, MBA in Marketing.

Job Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Impact analysis and evaluation of Promotional expenses for driving profitable spending by business teams.
• Impact analysis on CRM activities aligning with the business objectives & outcomes
• Flagging the deviations with due diligence of marketing planning initiatives
• Collaborating with Marketing, Finance & Department teams to establish and drive systems for execution of marketing activities within given budgets
• Drive strategic projects at IB level which includes communication, patient access and therapy development initiatives in core therapy areas

Skills & Competencies:

• Working knowledge of P&L and business accounting practices
• Sound knowledge of marketing and promotion strategies in pharmaceutical/ life-sciences
• Good understanding of industry market data analytics
• Capability to get insights from the numbers
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
