Senior Steward

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Steward role based in Mysore. The Senior Steward will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in training and mentoring team members. Responsibilities also include maintaining the dining area, coordinating with staff for efficient service, and ensuring high food safety and hygiene standards.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Experience and expertise in Food & Beverage service
• Ability to provide effective Training to team members
• Knowledge of Food Service protocols and best practices
• Excellent organizational and team leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
