Job Description
Role Title: Senior Staff Engineer
Location: HSR Bengaluru (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
-Solve hard, high-throughput, real-time engineering challenges
-Architect systems that process billions of transactions
-Drive org-wide technical strategy & long-term architecture
-Work across payments, credit, insurance, wallets, fraud, risk & more
-Influence engineering excellence across multiple product lines
-IC-heavy role (deep design + hands-on problem solving)
Requirements:
-10+ years' experience in backend engineering
-Strong in Java / Go / C++ / Python
-Expertise in distributed systems, microservices & scalability
-Experience with low-latency, high-throughput architectures
-Solid understanding of cloud, containers, observability, reliability
Fintech/payments exposure is a bonus
