Senior STA Engineer

We are hiring for the role of STA Engineer with strong experience in Static Timing Analysis and timing closure. Please find the job details below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Static Timing Analysis (STA) at block and full-chip level
• Work on timing closure, including setup/hold fixes and ECO implementation
• Analyze timing reports across PVT corners and debug violations
• Collaborate with Physical Design, RTL, and Synthesis teams
• Run STA signoff flows using industry-standard tools

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with PrimeTime / Tempus
• Strong understanding of timing concepts, SDC, MMMC
• Good debugging and analytical skills
• Experience with OCV/AOCV, derates, and constraints
• Scripting knowledge: TCL / Perl / Python (preferred)
• Understanding of Physical Design flow is an added advantage

Experience:- 3-10 yrs.
