Role Overview:

We are looking for an advanced SQL Server expert (Level 300400) with deep hands-on experience in SQL Server architecture, performance tuning, high availability, and troubleshooting. The candidate should be capable of handling complex production issues, reactive scenarios, and technical escalations in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SQL Server core engine, architecture, installation, patching, and upgrades.
• Design and support High Availability solutions (Failover Cluster, Always On Availability Groups).
• Perform advanced performance tuning and troubleshooting for critical production issues.
• Handle migration, security, maintenance, and operational support of SQL environments.
• Work with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, and Azure Data Services.
• Lead reactive incident handling and drive resolution with clear action plans.
• Provide technical leadership and escalation support.
