Advanced SQL Server DBA (Level 300400)
Strong SQL Server Core & Architecture fundamentals
Performance tuning & deep troubleshooting experience
High Availability: Failover Clustering, Always On Availability Groups
SQL Server Migration, Upgrade, Patching, Security & Maintenance
Hands-on experience with reactive/production issues and driving them to closure
Exposure to SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, Azure Data Services
What Were Looking For
- Strong technical leadership & escalation handling
- Ability to interact with business, stakeholders, and application teams
- Ready to deliver from day one (no ramp-up dependency)
- Willing to work in client-based shifts (no night shifts)
