Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Specialist

Location: PAN India
Experience: 5 to 7 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist with 5–7 years of experience to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom business applications using Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
• Optimize existing applications for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and multiple data sources such as Dataverse, SQL, etc.

Note: Experience limited to SharePoint as a data source will not be considered sufficient.

• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and limitations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Power Platform projects including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages implementations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for solution design, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and data governance standards.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes using Power Platform capabilities.
• Must have experience in developing responsive apps and multilingual apps, or at minimum, be able to demonstrate knowledge in these areas.
