Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist - Software Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
2. Provide technical guidance and coaching to the development team, ensuring coding standards are met and leading code reviews.
3. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
4. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
6. Oversee and manage the entire software development life cycle including software architecture, design, testing, and maintenance stages.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade existing systems, and optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
8. Document development phases and monitor systems, ensuring the quality of the application and its optimum functioning.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree would be advantageous.
2. 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
3. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
4. Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Experience in project management and team leadership.
8. Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
