Senior Specialist - Project Management - AI Projects

Role Responsibilities -

As a Senior Project Manager – AI Projects, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

The Project Manager will lead and handle AI-focused projects including those involving Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Agentic workflows. 

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.  Has developed detailed project plans, handle timelines, budgets, and prioritisation. 

Has Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business collaborators to ensure successful project execution.

 Identify and minimise risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality delivery.  Communicate project status, achievements, and risks clearly and effectively to partners. 

Develop team teamwork and maintain high levels of motivation and accountability. 

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

12-15 years of experience in project management Confirmed experience in delivering AI/ML projects with technical depth.

Confirmed understanding of AI technologies including ML algorithms, Generative AI models, and Agentic systems.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or equivalent technical field.

Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.   Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills.

Ability to rally cross-functional teams and drive transparency in execution.

It would be extraordinary if you (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI toolkits. 

Familiarity with data governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices. 

Exposure to enterprise-level AI deployments and integrations.
