Job Summary

  The Senior Specialist in Scrum Management will lead agile delivery initiatives manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective risk and benefits management to drive successful project outcomes

  Job Description 

  Lead the planning and execution of agile projects aligned with organizational goals and client needs Manage stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining strong relationships across teams and external partners Oversee benefits management processes to track and optimize business value realization from projects Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises to minimize impact on delivery timelines and quality Foster agile best practices focusing on valuedriven delivery to enhance team performance and project outcomes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project coordination and continuous improvement Utilize agile frameworks and tools to monitor progress report status and drive transparency Support organizational change initiatives by promoting agile mindsets and practices

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope schedule and resource allocation Lead stakeholder management activities including communication expectation management and conflict resolution Implement and oversee risk and crisis management strategies throughout the project lifecycle Drive benefits realization by defining metrics tracking outcomes and facilitating optimization actions Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure team alignment Mentor and guide team members on agile principles and Scrum methodologies Coordinate with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and deliver value incrementally Monitor project health and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
