Good working & troubleshooting skills of MECM Infrastructure. Good working & troubleshooting skills of SCCM client operations for patching , application and package model Good working & understanding on ITIL Framework. Hands on experience in Image management from MECM Good working & troubleshooting skills of SCCM site components troubleshooting, indetailed knowledge on SCCM infrastructure related tasks. Good understanding and troubleshooting of SNOW ticket handling Good understanding & troubleshooting skills on Windows Server 2008/2012/2019 Administration and troubleshooting Skills (Active Directory, Group Policy and SCCM etc.) Participation on Major/Severity incidents for resolution and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for the Major incidents Excellent Knowledge on custom report building , creating SQL queries, in depth MECM SSRS. Knowledge & troubleshooting skills on IIS, WSUS, MP, DP , MECM current branch new features. Incident, Problem and Change Management (Service Now) and SLAs
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
