Collaboration SRE (G-Suite, MS, Zoom, etc.)
Ensure the reliability and performance of collaboration tools and platforms.
Monitor and optimize services like GSuite, Microsoft Office, Zoom,etc.., for user productivity.
Implement integrations and configurations to enhance collaboration capabilities.
Troubleshoot issues with email, messaging, video conferencing, and document sharing.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address collaboration tool-related challenges.
- To ensure that calls/ chats are addressed within agreed SLAs
- To resolve escalations in a timely manner adhering to the process and quality compliance
- To maintain attendance, leave reports , breaks & shift rosters
- To update knowledge base through accurate documentation and disseminating knowledge from analyses and reports prepared to team for facilitating effective performance of responsibilities
- To perform adhoc analyses, SIP activities and infrastructure management
- To ensure postive customer satisfaction and feedback
