JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Analyst Labor Cost & Hours Management will play a pivotal role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing labor-related expenses, ensuring alignment with the organization's P&L objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing workforce hours and productivity data, tracking labor costs, and ensuring that they remain within budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of cost control.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES

  • Manage and update operational monthly forecast.
  • Analyze labor hours, costs, to provide insights and recommendations for improving efficiency. Track, review, and report on labor variances across departments or business units.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop labor budgets and forecasts. Help prepare periodic labor-related financial reports, identifying trends, variances, and potential issues.
  • Develop and present labor-related reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor productivity, overtime. Provide actionable insights to improve labor efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation or process improvements in labor management systems. Support the implementation of tools and best practices to streamline.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on labor costs and staffing needs as requested by senior management. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Assist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
  • Handle monthly analyses and reporting responsibilities including Hours worked and financial impact of forecasting changes
  • Support the strategic planning process, annual planning process, and forecast
  • Gather and synthesize data across various parties and manage any ununiformed data


EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or Economics (masters is a plus)
  • Exceptional high technical skills with a required proficiency in excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
  • 5+ years of Hour management/Labor Management ,financial management/accounting experience
  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
  • Familiarity with PowerBI & databases, SQL, and advanced modeling is a plus

  • Shift Timings : 3 pm - 12 pm / 5:30 pm - 2:30 am
  • Both ways cabs
