 Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Pega Business Architect for a Senior Specialist - Business Analysis role in our Hyderabad office. The candidate will support a large-scale transformation program, bringing a wealth of experience of 7-11 years. This role will require strong analytical prowess, leadership skills, and the ability to convert complex business requirements into functional solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in requirements gathering and documentation, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams in a Scaled Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather, analyze and document detailed business requirements using Azure DevOps (ADO).
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with Pega best practices.
3. Participate in solution design discussions and recommend process improvements.
4. Provide thought leadership in business architecture, driving clarity in complex transformation scenarios.
5. Assist the development and testing teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
6. Proactively participate in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and other Agile rituals, as part of a SAFe delivery model.
7. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

Requirements

1. 7-11 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect, ideally within enterprise environments.
2. Experience with large transformation projects and working in cross-functional teams.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
4. Demonstrated thought leadership in process analysis and solution architecture.
5. Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
6. Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing requirements and documentation.
7. Pega BA certification is mandatory.
