Note Please note that this role requires the successful applicant to work in our Hyderabad office. Remote work is not available for this position. This role may also require occasional travel to client sites. 

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Specialist - Business Analysis with a strong Pega background for our Navi Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should have 7-11 years of experience in business analysis with at least 5 years specifically focused on using the Pega platform.

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the business team in gathering and defining business requirements, leveraging the Pega software and DCO capabilities.

2. Engage with business stakeholders and effectively communicate ideas and requirements.

3. Translate business processes and requirements into requirement artifacts such as BRD, Functional specification, User stories.

4. Adhere to best practices for requirements management and facilitation, including management of artifacts through traceability, version control, and change control.

5. Document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.

6. Design and configure rules and flows. Assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.

7. Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specifications.

8. Deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screens and Interface mockups.

9. Understand interface integration technologies and translate customer needs into requirements.

Requirements:

1. 7-11 years of experience in business analysis with 5 years in PEGA.

2. Pega Certified Business Architect certification is mandatory.

3. Prior experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for the financial sector.

4. Strong understanding of Pega methodologies (including Scrum).

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage business stakeholders.

6. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.

7. Solid understanding of interface integration technologies.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
