Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the paid marketing funnel including strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all paid campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, build campaign structures, and expand targeting across products and verticals.
  • Optimize campaigns for MQL volume, cost efficiency, and landing page quality score.
  • Execute A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain QA across tags, UTMs, and URLs.
  • Work with marketing analytics team to ensure accurate measurement, attribution, and pacing.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data to drive optimization decisions.
  • Ensure campaigns remain aligned to budget pacing and quarterly MQL goals.
  • Identify new opportunities across search terms, competitors, and automated bidding strategies.
  • Contribute insights for cross-channel messaging strategy (Search Paid Social 3rd Party).


Desired Skills & Experience:


  • 57 years of hands-on SEM experience (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV 360 preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, keyword research tools, and landing page optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in performance-driven environments (SaaS preferred).
  • Deep analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience in running A/B tests and data-driven optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Familiarity with B2B buying journeys and multi-product attribution.
