Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the paid marketing funnel including strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all paid campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, build campaign structures, and expand targeting across products and verticals.
- Optimize campaigns for MQL volume, cost efficiency, and landing page quality score.
- Execute A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain QA across tags, UTMs, and URLs.
- Work with marketing analytics team to ensure accurate measurement, attribution, and pacing.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data to drive optimization decisions.
- Ensure campaigns remain aligned to budget pacing and quarterly MQL goals.
- Identify new opportunities across search terms, competitors, and automated bidding strategies.
- Contribute insights for cross-channel messaging strategy (Search Paid Social 3rd Party).
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 57 years of hands-on SEM experience (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV 360 preferred).
- Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, keyword research tools, and landing page optimization.
- Demonstrated success in performance-driven environments (SaaS preferred).
- Deep analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Experience in running A/B tests and data-driven optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Familiarity with B2B buying journeys and multi-product attribution.
