MANAGER, PAID MEDIA 

Role Summary 

As the Manager of Paid Media, you will drive the execution and optimization of our paid media campaigns to support key marketing initiatives and business goals. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns across channels like search, social, display, and programmatic advertising. This role requires close collaboration with local stakeholders, marketing partners and agency teams to ensure our advertising efforts are effective and aligned with our broader strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing campaign budgets, analyzing performance data to find opportunities for improvement, and executing optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI). 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Management & Execution 

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across global and local markets to reach target audiences and generate awareness, consideration and conversion. 

  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to make sure all campaigns are setup and live on time. 

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide recommendations for campaign optimization. 

 

Performance & Optimization 

  • Manage day-to-day campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and alignment with performance goals. 

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against established KPIs, providing clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders. 

  • Drive continuous A / B testing through ad copy, creative assets, landing pages and new ad products/solutions. 

  • Stay current with industry trends and platform updates, recommending new tactics and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness. 

 

Collaboration & Support 

  • Serve as a key point of contact for our internal stakeholders and, if applicable, advertising agencies and technology vendors. 

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content, analytics, and regional marketing, to ensure integrated campaign execution. 

  • Educate internal stakeholders and promote Paid Media best practices. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 

  • 7 years of hands-on experience in paid media, preferably in a B2B or commercial real estate environment. 

  • Strong, hands-on experience with major paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and a solid understanding of programmatic display advertising. 

  • Strong written and spoken English language skills.  

  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform campaign decisions and drive performance improvements. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. 

  • Experience with programmatic platforms such as Google Display Network (GDN) or The Trade Desk is a plus. 

  • Understanding of content syndication programs and vendors.
