Job Title: Senior Specialist, Campaign Performance

What this job involves:
As a Senior Specialist, Campaign Performance, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis of global and regional centrally led campaigns to assess performance against goals and drive continuous improvements in audience targeting and channel effectiveness. This role is crucial in helping JLL marketers optimize their campaigns and inform ongoing campaign strategy. While this role will require strong analysis skills, it is not a pure reporting role and it is equally important for the campaign performance manager to establish strong strategic relationships across multiple areas of marketing including campaign strategy, digital, revenue marketing and business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Analysis
- Analysis of key digital channels: Paid, Owned and Earned and identifying actionable insights to share with stakeholders and partners including campaign leads, digital channel experts and business line marketers
- ‘Connecting the dots’ between different data sources to create holistic views of the audience journey
- Access and analyse data from multiple sources and platforms including Adobe, Eloqua, Paid Media and 3rd party partnerships
- Extract and interpret data from leading marketing platforms including Adobe Analytics and Eloqua Skills (or equivalent platforms)
Audience Engagement Insights
- Provide a customer-focused lens on your insights to gauge whether campaign activity is resonating with the desired audiences
- Identify new targeting opportunities through additional insights including customer and market trends
Deliverables
- Creation of different packages such as Quarterly Performance reviews for centrally led campaigns, deep dives into specific themes (e.g. Web, Paid media) to highlight insights and findings for a wide audience
- Creation of optimisation plans in partnership with campaign leads and channel experts
- Ad-hoc campaign analysis based on needs of marketers

- 8-10 years of experience as a marketing data analyst across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Strong knowledge of the marketing & campaign ecosystem and data sources
- Deep understanding of marketing platforms (Adobe, Eloqua, Google)
- Excellent presentation and data visualization skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and other formats)
- Understanding of Demand Generation and Lead Management
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and insights
- Experience analyzing and comparing insights across multiple markets and business lines
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse partners and stakeholders
