This role is crucial for driving the strategic direction of our Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) applications initiatives and ensuring the alignment of the business objectives with technology solutions. The role at Global Capability Center (GCC) is to work with the finance business functions to design solutions for bringing efficiencies in theircomplex functions. Leverage the latest Oracle Cloud features and functionalities to help build and deliverthe applications that transcend todaysdigital world, fundamentally enabling change for the finance business functions. Lead the Oracle cloud finance application team members at GCC in delivering projects, enhancements and support engagements

Education

Bachelors / Masters, degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (12+ years) in financial systems implementation, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP (finance) applications and best practices applicable to finance operations and reporting aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) applications/modules is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
