We work to provide world class learning experience to more than 2.1 M Walmart associates. The team is looking for a strong Solution consultant who will be part of SAP CAR team.

What you'll do:  

• Work on Custom solution build on top to standard SAP CAR, enhancements, production ticket and On-Call/production support.   
• Work independently under limited supervision and assist with testing and documentation for the fixes or changes.  
• Work on legacy interfaces integrated to SAP CAR and should have strong Knowledge of other key integration points with SAP ECC / S4 and SAP CAR.  
•   Should have hands-on with Collecting, cleansing, and centralizing customers and point-of-sale (POS) data in real time - with SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR).
• Manage and Conduct CAR/POSDTA process configuration
• Identify and manage gaps and provide solutions within the Retail stream specific to POS Sales into CAR and outbound into SAP Retail/FMS/any other Legacy systems
• Strong knowledge of CAR landscape design, data consumption, integration, and consuming applications
• Experience in implementing Native HANA CAR (Customer Activity Repository) system by integrating SAP CRM/Hybris, S/4 HANA(Business Suite), POS DM and Legacy systems.
• Extensive experience on data visualization for SAP CAR
• Maintaining and updating all SAP CAR functional documentation (Design Specifications, Configuration documents, Test Scripts, etc.)
• Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests, performance tests, system Integration including defect fixes
• Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
• Support the business team with issues resolution and provide a solutions-based approach
• You will work closely with a team of developers and play a major role in the overall delivery of the assigned custom interfaces and objects.  

What you'll bring:    

• B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science.  
• 7 - 12 years of experience in SAP CAR (POSDTA), Must have SAP IS Retail with POSDM or CAR POSDTA experience
• Should have at least 1-2 SAP CAR implementation experience and support experience.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
