Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOps SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. This role requires a strong background in Multi-Channel domain skills. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce DevOps processes.Implement and manage SFDC Sales Cloud solutions to enhance sales operations.Develop and configure SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience.Ensure proper configuration of Salesforce to align with business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multi-channel solutions.Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and security.Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 13 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOps and related tools.Have extensive experience with SFDC Sales Cloud and its functionalities.Show proficiency in developing and configuring SFDC Lightning components.Exhibit strong skills in Salesforce configuration and administration.Have a solid understanding of multi-channel domain skills.Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have experience in conducting system audits and maintaining data integrity.Exhibit the ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.Demonstrate proficiency in providing training and support to end-users.
