Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience specializing in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.Conduct regular reviews of Salesforce implementations to identify and address potential issues.Manage the deployment of Salesforce solutions including testing and user training.Monitor the performance of Salesforce solutions and make recommendations for improvements.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Work closely with the data governance team to ensure data integrity and compliance.Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on Salesforce best practices.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes.
