Role Synopsis
As a Senior Architect specializing in End User Computing (EUC) and Governance, you will lead the design, strategy, and governance of workplace transformation initiatives across mobile, desktop, and IT asset platforms. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and technology lifecycle management. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive innovation and transformation across global enterprise environments.
Key Accountabilities
Technical Architecture & Strategy
- Architect and govern mobile device management solutions using Intune and Workspace ONE across Android, iOS, and macOS platforms.
- Lead lifecycle management of Windows devices, with deep knowledge of Dell architecture, including BIOS and driver updates via Dell Command tools.
- Design and implement Intune-based Windows management strategies including autopilot profiles, compliance policies, and configuration baselines.
- Drive vulnerability management and patching strategies using Intune, ensuring secure and up-to-date device fleets.
Governance & Asset Management
- Oversee Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and ensure accurate lifecycle tracking via ServiceNow.
- Govern CMDB and ITAM processes within ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity, visibility, and alignment with ITSM best practices.
- Lead platform innovation through workflow automation, user story creation, and continuous enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities.
Workplace Transformation Leadership
- Design and lead workplace solutions including Service Desk, Field Support, Desktop Lifecycle, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and emerging digital workplace technologies.
- Interface with executive leadership to define and communicate EUC architecture and strategy, aligning with business goals and transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to architecture and engineering teams.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, workplace technologies, and IT governance.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing EUC solutions across global environments.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, and discovery tools.
- Expertise in Intune, Workspace ONE, and Dell enterprise tools.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, compliance standards, and operational resilience.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Intune, ServiceNow, Workspace ONE, or ITIL are highly desirable.
