Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution AI Engineer with deep expertise in modelling and solving problems in product engineering ( Manufacturing and Medical domains) using ML, DL, LLMs, Generative AI, IoT and other digital tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science (statistics, mathematics, ML, DL), hands-on experience with LLM agents, and a proven track record of modelling, experimenting, maturing and deploying AI solutions. The candidate should also have broad experience in digital, IoT and embedded software. The engineer will play a pivotal role in Evomaton in customer interfacing and solutioning for customer problems from feasibility to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Solution Engineer AI, you will have the unique opportunity to interact with our potential, new and existing customers to understand the problem they are trying to solve, define the problem and solve the problem with the help of engineering teams:

• Interact with the customer to understand the use cases they are trying to propose.
• Research and understand the problem in depth
• Help the customer define the problem better, execute hands-on experiments on LLM/Notebook
• Propose a solution in collaboration with the domain experts and data scientists of Evomaton
• Create a roadmap from feasibility to Production
• Plan for the evaluation and process of execution
• Design the digital infra and deployment details
• Lead a team of engineers to realise the solution if necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or masters in engineering/computer applications/statistics/mathematics

Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing/industrial automation and or Medical.

8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in ML/DL/LLM/GenAI/Data and strong Python programming skills.

Good exposure in Azure infrastructure and knowledge of modern scalable digital architecture.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying AI solutions using ML/DL/LLM/GenAI/ Data, including prompt engineering, compound AI concepts and fine-tuning.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
