Job Title: Senior Software Engineer(.Net Full Stack & AI)

Purpose

Assist with the development and maintenance of software solutions for new and existing projects. Deep technical skills are required, along with an ability to understand how all pieces fit together and are validated in a complex, distributed system.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in guidelines and procedures
• Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Actively participates hand on in product development and roadmap definition
• Develop prototypes to prove the solutions business value to the Product Requirements
• Represents technical viewpoint for various technologies during strategic planning
• Respond to stakeholder requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts, solutions, technical feasibility & risks with them
• Support Developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
• Participate in knowledge-sharing code reviews
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.) Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience

• 7+ years experience in software development
• Healthcare experience / RCM applications knowledge / project experience preferred
• Experience working with global team and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and agile development

Required skills and knowledge

• Expert in C# or Python, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs
• AI/ML Tooling: Azure AI Foundry or Databricks Mosaic, Azure AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, RAG
• Experience in Agentic Framework, Lang Chain or Lang Graph, MS Agent Framework, etc.
• Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred) Azure Service Bus, Functions, etc. or equivalent in AWS, GCP
• Experience in SQL, pySpark, Scala, Vector DB etc.
• Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins, CI/CD, Release Management
• Logging, Monitoring, Troubleshooting
• Strong OOP and design pattern/principles expertise
• Experience designing scalable systems
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (C#) Cypress/Playwright/Selenium

Good to have technical skills

• DevOps & CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Security & Identity: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Azure AD
