Whats the role?
As a Senior Development Manager, you will operate at both a strategic and execution levelowning delivery across multiple teams while shaping engineering practices, technical direction, and talent growth.
You must be able to look at the big picture from both business and technology perspective, possess strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills. You are not afraid of ambiguity, dealing with nebulous requirements, and get excited about difficult challenges.
In this role, you will
- Own endtoend delivery across multiple teams, aligned to product roadmap, customer commitments, and engineering standards.
- Lead Agile planning and execution for new development and automation initiatives, ensuring predictable and highquality outcomes.
- Drive integrated Dev + QA delivery, with clear ownership of quality, timelines, and release health.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership, guiding design decisions, scalability, and longterm platform health.
- Champion engineering excellence across CI/CD, automation, security, performance, and operational reliability.
- Own production readiness and operational outcomes, including incident management and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary engineering partner for stakeholders, offering clear visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Build and scale highperforming teams through hiring, mentoring, succession planning, and capacity management.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in technical leadership or people management roles.
- Proven experience leading integrated (Dev + QA) deliveries across complex initiatives or multiple teams.
- Strong handson background with technologies such as C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL, and Selenium.
- Experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server and TSQL.
- Solid understanding of C# development concepts, including multithreading, .NET data structures, and objectoriented design principles.
- Demonstrated experience balancing delivery commitments with longterm technical health, maintainability, and platform scalability.
- Strong belief in and experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Track record of building, growing, and retaining highperforming engineering teams.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams across geographies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
