Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of software development, including design, analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance
  
• Actively contribute to the team by building new product features and enhancing or optimizing the existing ones
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, architects, and engineers
  
• Seek opportunities to fine-tune, automate repeatable tasks and leverage best practices to improve the quality of deliverables
  
• Implement solutions aligned with the enterprise strategy, utilizing strategic tools/technologies, patterns, and processes
  
• Propose technical solutions and recommendations with thoughtful trade-offs, considering the scalability, resiliency and security aspects of the platform
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical discipline, or 8+ years of IT experience
  
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a solid background in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications
  
• Experience with software development methodologies, tools, and processes 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python
  
• Proven ability to work on high & low-level designs
  
• Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills
