Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow scripting, customization, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of platform capabilities and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Configure and customize Service Catalog, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Build and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with ServiceNow Studio to develop and deploy applications.
• Develop and maintain Service Portal components using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Implement and maintain ACLs (Access Control Rules) and security configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Workflow, and Flow Designer.
• Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, CMDB, and data model.
• Experience with Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
• Knowledge of ACL and security configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
• Experience with Git or version control tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• ServiceNow certification (CSA / CAD) is a plus.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
