What are we looking for ?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join our fast-growing engineering team in Bangalore. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a product company environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can deliver secure, scalable, and AI enabled systems fast. Youll work across the stack with ReactJS, Python, and MongoDB, integrating AI models or APIs where it drives real value. You bring a delivery-first mindset, care deeply about performance, scalability, and security, and are passionate about building high-quality production code that moves the needle for the business.

Responsibilities

Build and ship end-to-end features using React (frontend), Python (backend APIs), and MongoDB (data layer).

Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and product shaping discussions.

Integrate AI/ML models or LLM APIs into real-world product workflows.

Deliver clean, maintainable, production-ready code fast.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to iterate quickly and smartly.

Own your work with pride and push for continuous improvement in code quality and delivery velocity.

Qualifications

410 years of experience in software development at product companies (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in:

* ReactJS (modern component patterns, performance tuning)

* Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

* MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance optimization)

Hands-on experience in building and maintaining production systems with real users.

Familiarity with AI/ML APIs, LLMs, or intelligent feature integrations is a strong plus.

Experience working with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
