Skill Requirements:

Expert level proficiency in ReactJS with TypeScript

Strong understanding of NodeJS with TypeScript

Solid knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation

Knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles

Strong understanding of object oriented and functional programming paradigms

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of web security best practices

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Experience with building scalable and maintainable web applications

Excellent problem solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Define the technical vision and architecture for the digital platform, including the

adoption of microservices architecture

Lead the development team in the design, development and deployment of the

platform, ensuring adherence to microservices principles.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best

practices, emphasizing modularity and independent deployability.

Mentor and guide junior developers on the team, fostering an understanding of

microservices and object oriented/functional programming.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to

understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for

individual microservices.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth development, testing and

deployment of individual microservices and their integration into the overall

platform.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team, promoting a

shared understanding of microservices architecture and its implications.

Problem Solving:

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within individual microservices and

across the entire platform.

Find creative solutions to complex challenges, considering the constraints and

opportunities of microservices architecture.

Continuously improve the platform's performance and scalability, utilizing the

benefits of microservices for optimization.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.

Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma or Equivalent.

Salary: 15, 00,000/- to 18, 00,000/- LPA CTC per annum.
