Short Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-based SaaS healthcare solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining deep coding expertise with system architecture, production support, and mentorship responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in distributed systems, AWS cloud platforms, and healthcare integrations, with a proven ability to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing applications in regulated environments.

Technical & Architecture

• SaaS application architecture and distributed systems design
• Cloud-native development on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS)
• Microservices and event-driven architectures
• RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API gateway patterns
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS)

Programming & DevOps

• Expert-level Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
• CI/CD automation and production reliability engineering

Data & Integration

• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• NoSQL/datastores (MongoDB, Redis)
• Healthcare integrations: EMR systems, DICOM, HL7, FHIR

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years building and architecting SaaS platforms at scale
• 3+ years hands-on experience designing distributed systems
• Proven experience in production support, system optimization, and fault-tolerant design
• Prior experience in healthcare technology or regulated domains strongly preferred
