Over the last few years, software has become central to how we run the business. We are now investing further ininternal and external software platforms that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.

About the Role

We are looking for12 full stack software engineers who enjoy working close to the business and solving practical, real-world problems using technology.

This is not a narrow role tied toa single product. You will work across arange of projects and challenges , such as:

• Gamifying sales processes and KPIs using data from ERP and CRM systems
• Building inventory planning and liquidation platforms
• Developing dashboards and analytics for sales, operations, and management
• Digitizingshop floorand manufacturing workflows
• Integrating and extending existing ERP and CRM systems

You will work directly with business stakeholders and founders, and your work will havevisible, measurable impact on how the organizationoperates.

Technical Experience (What Were Looking For)

We value strong fundamentals and adaptability overexpertisein every tool.

Front-End

• ProficiencyinJavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong understanding ofHTML, CSS , and responsive design
• Experience with modern frameworks such asReact

Back-End

• Strong experience in at least one server-side language such asPython or Node.js
• Designing and consuming REST APIs

Databases

• Working knowledge ofrelational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Exposure toNoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus

DevOps & Tools

• Experience withGit and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Exposure toDocker and container-based deployments; Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience deploying or running applications onAWS is desirable

ERP / CRM Systems

• Experience withZoho, SAP , or similar ERP/CRM systems is a strong plus
• Willingness to deeply learn and work with ERP/CRM data and integrations is essential
