MuleSoft Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce MuleSoft Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft Any point Platform. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft integrations with Salesforce using various connectors (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and other systems.
• Develop and maintain APIs and RESTful web services using MuleSoft.
• Implement integration patterns and best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Utilize MuleSoft Any Point Platform components like Data Weave, Connectors, Transformers, and Flow Control.
• Work with various data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV) and protocols (e.g., HTTP, SOAP, REST).
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance bottlenecks and error handling.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration processes and methodologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft and Salesforce features and updates.
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and deployment instructions.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on integration solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4 preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in DataWeave for data transformation and manipulation.
• Experience with various MuleSoft connectors (e.g., Salesforce, HTTP, Database, JMS).
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and API design principles.
• Experience with integration patterns (e.g., message queuing, publish/subscribe).
• Knowledge of security best practices for integrations (e.g., OAuth, TLS).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with other integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Informatica).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
