About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who can lead end-to-end marketing automation initiatives, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across SFMC modules, strong technical capability, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and campaigns.
- Develop and execute personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Social, Web).
- Work with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio , and Content Builder .
- Create dynamic, personalized email templates using AMPscript , HTML/CSS , and SSJS .
- Build SQL queries within Marketing Cloud for segmentation and data management.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other external systems.
- Manage data extensions, contact models, and subscriber lists for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align business needs with platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues, resolve technical problems, and optimize processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 46 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
- Strong experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio , and other SFMC modules.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS , and basic SSJS .
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Contact model.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (Added advantage)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CDP (Customer Data Platform)
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, and customer lifecycle management
- Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds (Sales/Service Cloud)
