Senior Software Engineer

Orasi Media Inc. is a global B2B marketplace specializing in the acquisition and syndication of Video on Demand (VOD) content and FAST/Linear Channels (Live TV). With a diverse content library spanning over 500,000 hours and 400+ international Linear Channels, Orasi offers movies, series, documentaries, and more in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Korean, Arabic etc. Operating across 20+ countries, the company collaborates with broadcasters and OTT platforms worldwide. Orasi provides end-to-end OTT solutions with its technology and content partners, enabling seamless platform deployment within a short timeframe.

We are looking for experienced Software Engineers (C/C++) to join our growing engineering team. If you have strong systems-level programming skills and experience working on media-related projects, wed love to hear from you.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications in C and/or C++
• Work on media processing pipelines (video, audio, streaming, encoding/decoding, etc.)
• Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in architecture and design discussions

• Strong professional experience in C and/or C++
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix development environments
• Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Experience working on media-related projects (video streaming, codecs, broadcasting, OTT, media servers, etc.)
• Knowledge of media frameworks such as FFmpeg, GStreamer, WebRTC, or similar
• Experience with networking protocols (RTSP, RTP, HLS, DASH, etc.)
• Understanding of real-time systems or embedded systems is a plus
