Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Splunk architecture, including deployment and configuration
• Develop and customize Splunk apps and dashboards for data visualization
• Write advanced Splunk queries for data analysis and alerting
• Optimize data ingestion and storage, ensuring efficient parsing and indexing
• Implement and maintain data models and knowledge objects
• Configure and manage Splunk Forwarders for data collection & all other onboarding method like dB connect, Syslog, HEC etc.
• Integrate Splunk with third-party tools for automated incident response
• Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing and configuring Splunk
• Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), solid understanding of Splunk architecture, and familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking concepts

Preferred Qualification:

• Certifications include Splunk Core Certified User, power, Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect
