Job Summary:

We're looking for a high-ownership " Founding Engineer " who thrives in the chaos of a growing startup. If you are a self-starter who wants to architect scalable systems, mentor a junior team, and move fast from day one, lets build MProcure together.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Translate high-level business requirements into scalable technical designs, prioritizing long-term stability over short-term hacks.
• Full-Stack Development: Build end-to-end features using Node.js, GraphQL, and React, ensuring strict multi-tenant data isolation.
• Junior Mentorship: Act as the technical North Star for junior developers through code reviews, design documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Mobile Optimization: Fine-tune React components and API consumption for high-performance delivery within Android and iOS WebView environments.
• Infrastructure: Own integrations with AWS (Cognito, S3, SQS, SES, Bedrock) and implement AI workflows using Gemini LLM .
• AI-Driven Velocity: Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (Kilo Code, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate delivery cycles and automate repetitive boilerplate, without compromising on architectural integrity.
• Delivery Excellence: Implement automated testing and CI/CD patterns to maintain a daily/weekly release cycle with zero-bug delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: 35 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Core Stack: Deep expertise in Node.js, React.js , and GraphQL .
• Database: Advanced MongoDB skills (Aggregations, Indexing, and Schema Design).
• AI Native: Hands-on experience using AI agents and LLMs to assist in debugging, refactoring, and rapid prototyping.
• Mindset: A builder who embraces ambiguity and takes extreme ownership of the product.
