About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team, grasp new technologies, innovate, develop, and nurture new solutions. A self-starter to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment to support, maintain and configure SaaS platforms as well as web-based systems while working closely with the Finance Stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bring clarity, creativeness, and crispness to complex data and business use cases through design.
• Gathers custom application development requirements from different business areas.
• Develop technical understanding of how the data flows from various source systems to the application.
• Independently develop, execute, and monitor complex web and business components, services, and reports for assigned projects.
• Perform unit testing and system integration testing.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or equivalent work experience. 
• At least 3 years of experience in web development using modern frameworks and tools.
• At least 1+ year of experience in SaaS product configuration.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Experience with backend development using Python, .NET etc..
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one frontend framework (e.g. React).
• Experience with Varicent ICM or similar Finance software and a strong analytical background.
• Excellent understanding of database technology such as SQL Server.
• Familiarity with version control, testing, and deployment tools, such as Git, Jest, Docker, Nunit etc.
• Strong experience with integration technologies.
• Cloud platform experience in Azure/AWS is desired.
• Strong experience in API development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Passion for learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
