Position: ImageRight - Senior Developer

Position Overview

The Senior ImageRight Developer will design, develop, and implement document management solutions using the ImageRight platform. This role requires advanced technical expertise in ImageRight, strong understanding of insurance workflows, and the ability to lead development efforts for complex document storage and retrieval projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ImageRight workflows, templates, and integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ImageRight solutions for document storage and retrieval.
  • Integrate ImageRight with core insurance systems such as Guidewire or other platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct unit testing and support system testing and UAT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ImageRight configurations and integrations.
  • Maintain documentation for design, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and ImageRight standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years in software development with at least 4+ years in ImageRight or similar document management platforms.
  • Proven experience in document storage and workflow automation.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ImageRight configuration and workflow design.
  • Strong knowledge of document management technologies and integration via REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with P\&C insurance domain.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployments (Azure) and hybrid architectures.
  • Exposure to Guidewire integration accelerators.
