Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in building web-based applications.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Experience with Java, Typescript and Databases.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and User Experience (UX) designers across the globe.
Experience in building end-user-facing products.
Experience with E-commerce.
Excellent problem-solving and technical innovation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that power Fi’s buyflow experience.
Establish best engineering practices and influence them through design decisions, processes, and tools.
Drive technical direction, prioritize projects, and contribute to innovation.
Advocate engineering excellence on the Web platform, focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and testing.
Identify and reduce technical debt, making our systems maintainable.
