Position: Senior Developer- Ghostdraft

Position Overview:

The Senior Ghostdraft Developer will design, develop, and implement document generation solutions using the Ghostdraft platform. This role requires advanced technical expertise in Ghostdraft, strong understanding of insurance workflows, and the ability to lead development efforts for complex document automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Ghostdraft templates and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and configure Ghostdraft solutions for policy, billing, and claims documents.
  • Integrate Ghostdraft with core insurance systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct unit testing and support system testing and UAT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ghostdraft templates and integrations.
  • Maintain documentation for design, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and Ghostdraft standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years in software development with at least 4+ years in Ghostdraft or similar CCM platforms.
  • Proven experience in document generation and template management.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Ghostdraft Studio and Data Workbench.
  • Strong knowledge of XML, data mapping, and integration via REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with P\&C insurance domain.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployments (Azure) and hybrid architectures.
  • Exposure to Guidewire or Duck Creek integration accelerators.
