Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

Were looking for a self-starter who thrives on ownership and loves building beautiful, performant, and scalable web experiences. Youll lead the frontend efforts for Commotions product suite helping shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture as we scale.

What youll do

• Lead the design and development of our frontend systems using React , Redux , and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-quality features fast
• Own frontend architecture and guide technical best practices
• Mentor junior developers and help drive the teams technical direction
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability across our platform

What were looking for

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development (React/Redux/TypeScript)
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture and state management
• Experience leading projects end-to-end from planning to production
• A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and delivery
• Bonus: experience with design systems, marketing automation, or SaaS platforms
