Senior Software Engineer (Flutter & Node.js) - Tech Lead

Quasar Insight Labs is a fast-growing tech company based in Coimbatore. We build platforms ranging from global SaaS tools to impactful local tech solutions.

We are currently looking for a driven Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team, not just to write code, but to act as a technical leader and force multiplier for our engineering team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software products from the ground up.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, acting as the Product Owner to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Actively mentor and guide junior developers, helping them improve their logic building, debugging skills, and overall code quality.
• Establish and enforce coding best practices, clean architecture, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate technical roadmaps and project statuses clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• A strong engineering degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. (Please note: applicants from non-CS disciplines, please do not apply).
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack development.
• Core Expertise: Strong, hands-on proficiency in Flutter and Firebase (You should be able to design scalable database schemas and fix complex state-management bugs, use state management tools like GetX/Bloc/Provider).
• Secondary Knowledge: A solid understanding of backend ecosystems (Node.js, Google Cloud, etc.). You dont need to be a master here, but you must know how to integrate your mobile apps with our custom backends and cloud architecture.
• Proven ability to design scalable database schemas and resolve complex logical or performance issues.
• Strong communication skills with the patience to teach and lead a young, ambitious team.

• 100% Work from Office (Nehru Nagar, Coimbatore). We strongly believe in the collaborative energy of building things together in the same room.
