Senior EDA Engineer - Cadence Virtuoso | SKILL | CDF | Tool Integration

Were looking for a Senior EDA Engineer to help build and scale automation for an AI-powered analog design platform. This role is hands-on and sits at the intersection of Cadence Virtuoso, OpenAccess, SKILL automation, and foundry PDK/CDK integration.

What youll do

Build and optimize analog/mixed-signal design flows in Cadence Virtuoso

Develop SKILL scripts for schematic, layout, and verification automation

Manage and customize CDFs for foundry PDK/CDK libraries

Work with OpenAccess (OA) using C++, Python, or Tcl to manipulate design data

Integrate and validate PDK/CDK devices, pCells, and DRC/LVS flows

Collaborate with EDA and AI teams to improve design automation

What were looking for

38 years of hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso

Strong SKILL scripting and CDF experience

Solid understanding of OpenAccess databases and OA schema

Experience with PDK/CDK integration and schematic-layout synchronization

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to have

Experience with Spectre, ADE, and analog verification

Background at Cadence or semiconductor companies

Exposure to AI-driven design tools
